Luna, a marketplace app for physical therapists, is reimagining the physical therapy experience for both patients and providers. Patients receive physical therapy on-demand in the comfort of their own homes, while providers gain the flexibility to manage their own schedules without the bureaucracy of traditional medical practices. With plans for highly accelerated growth but a low full-time headcount, Luna needed an ambitious, forward-thinking, and creative market activation partner — and got just what they asked for. When Thunderfoot was onboarded to the project in 2018, Luna was operating in a single geographic market. 30 months later, Luna physical therapists were visiting patients’ homes in over 30 U.S. metro areas.
